Warranty Policy

At Bhagwati Arts, we are committed to providing quality furniture designed for durability, comfort, and everyday use. This product comes with a 36-month warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal household use, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear over time.

• Minor cuts, scratches, dents, or damage caused by accidents or improper cleaning.

• Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.

• Improper storage, misuse, negligence, or the use of unsuitable cleaning products.

• Natural changes in solid wood, including expansion, contraction, grain variations, joint lines, or seasonal cracks.

• Damage caused by water exposure, spills, or prolonged moisture.

• Upholstery fabrics; the warranty applies only to the frame and mechanisms, if applicable.

• Damage caused by harsh chemicals or non-standard dry-cleaning methods.

• Minor unevenness of up to 5 mm resulting from floor or surface level differences.

Warranty Claims

For warranty-related questions or claims, please contact Bhagwati Arts with your order details, proof of purchase, and photographs or videos showing the issue, where applicable.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. Any repair or replacement will be determined according to the nature of the defect and the applicable warranty terms.

Bhagwati Arts reserves the right to verify warranty eligibility before approving a claim. This warranty does not affect any consumer rights available under applicable law.
